Provisional Appointment due to failure to elect

Dear Parents and Community Members,

Pursuant to Education Code 5328, the Board of Trustees of the Central Union Elementary School District anticipates a vacancy in Trustee Area 1, due to an insufficient candidate listing for this Area in the upcoming district election. This appointment will be made at a meeting prior to the December organizational board meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• California Registered Voter
• Resident within the boundary region for Trustee Area 1
• Fulfill all other applicable laws, regulations and Board Policies
