Courtney Kirchman

Mrs. Kirchman joined the Central Union School District in 2007 as a 4th grade teacher at Akers School. Prior to that she began her career in education with the Hanford Elementary School District where she taught kindergarten and was also a literacy coach. In 2010 she moved into administration as an assistant principal and served Neutra, Stratford, and Akers. In 2016 she returned to Neutra as the school principal.

Mrs. Kirchman is a graduate of Fresno State where she earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies, an Early Childhood Teaching Credential, a Masters Degree in Reading/Language Arts, and an Administrative Services Credential.

  Robert Adrian Maldonado
Assistant Principal
Mr. Adrian Maldonado was raised in Stratford, CA and attended Lemoore High School. After graduating from Lemoore High School in 1997 he went on to attend Fresno State University. In 2003 he received his B.A. in Liberal Studies. After a few years of teaching, he received his M.A. in Educational Administration from California State University, Bakersfield in 2008.

Mr. Maldonado taught 5th grade at Stratford School for the past thirteen years. During his time as a teacher, he established great relationships with administrators and colleagues. He developed a strong leadership and interpersonal skills and was praised by his colleagues. He enjoys collaborating and communicating with his peers.

He lives in Lemoore with his wife Vanessa, and three children, Emma, Drew, and Isabella.
